My email address has changed
Log in and update your email address in your account settings. It is very important that you keep a current and functioning email address registered in your account so that you can reset your account password if necessary in the future.
I forgot my password
Use the lost password feature on the log in page. We will send instructions to your registered e-mail address on how to move forward. Make sure to check your spam folder if the email goes missing.
I forgot my username
Not a problem. You can log in using your registered e-mail address instead of your username.
I forgot both my username and my email address
If you can’t remember either your username or your e-mail address then we can only help you if you have a SSN (personnummer) registered with your membership account. If you contact us and provide us with your SSN we’ll be happy to send you a copy of your username and password reset by regular snail mail. If you don’t have a SSN registered with your membership account then we can’t help you as there is no additional way to prove ownership. If this is the case you will need to register a new account instead.
I would like to change my username
Currently this isn’t possible. But we are working on it and should be able to implement this feature soon.
I’m not receiving any of your emails
Make sure that you check your spam folder. We highly recommend that you permanently whitelist our domain gamersparadise.com in your spam filter.
Where are your game centers located
Like with many other public companies a few years back, the previous owners ran into financial difficulties and were forced to make the unfortunate decision to shut down the game centers. We have since reacquired the game center franchise back from the previous owners including all of the intellectual properties and the technical platform. We are currently adding new resources to upgrade the Gamers Paradise game center concept to the next level which we’ve code named GPv3.
When will you reopen your game centers
At the moment we are hard at work with the relaunch process. Although, at this point in time we can’t disclose any details regarding when and where we plan to launch the new GPv3 concept. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll keep you updated.
I have a Gamers Paradise membership card
All membership cards have expired and serve no practical purpose anymore. But your membership with Gamers Paradise is still active. New membership cards may be issued at a later date when the new game centers are launched.
I have money left in my account
Any money left in your account will be available to you in full when the new game centers are launched. You can log in and check your account settings to find out how much money you currently have in your account.
